Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates at the time of purchase

We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and international equivalents. Delivery speed depends on the service selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You’ll be responsible for additional shipping charges
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to address errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll review and make it right.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability or fulfillment locations.
You’ll receive tracking for each shipment if this occurs.
