Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final

All purchases are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

As items are produced and fulfilled specifically for Local Program Partners (LPPs), we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before placing it, including:

  • Item selection
  • Quantities
  • Sizes (if applicable)
  • Shipping address

Once an order is submitted, it is processed for fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue (item and packaging)

Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping costs will apply.

Exceptions

Returns are only considered in rare cases and at our sole discretion.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
